Charah Solutions Names Tony Semak Head of Investor Relations

LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Charah®

announced today that Tony Semak, CFA has joined the Company as Head of
Investor Relations. In this role, he reports to Charah Solutions Interim
Chief Financial Officer, Nick Jacoby, and will work closely with senior
management in guiding all aspects of corporate messaging, while
facilitating the correspondence and rapport with the investor and
analyst communities to ensure active communication, strong market
sponsorship and fair representation of the Company.

Mr. Semak has over 25 years of capital market experience in leading
investor relations, asset management and corporate finance functions and
has served in both principal and advisory roles. He has a bachelor’s of
science degree in business administration with a concentration in
finance from the University of Louisville and an MBA also from the
University of Louisville. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a
member of the Endowment Oversight Committee for the National Center for
Families Learning Endowment.
